Fuck me in the face
John & Yoko photographed in NYC on December 2nd 1980.
My great uncle Dave, a huge Beatles fan, gave me an original pin from 1964 that was handed out with each concert ticket at the Indiana state fair. He was Vice President of the Beatles fan club. The note with it says:
"On Sept. 3, 1964 The Beatles played at the Indiana state fair- this button was given with each ticket. I’ve had it for 49 years now and it’s time to pass it along to another Beatles fan! Enjoy- Uncle Davey.
P. S. It’s stamped on the rim - 1964”
The pin features George Harrison, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and Ringo “Rings” Ringo. Ringo got his nickname from all the rings he wore on stage that he would hit his snare drum with.
